The Grenada Citizenship Program is one of the oldest in the world, launched in 1997. More than 20 years of work of the program means streamlined processes and compliance with the deadlines for all procedures.

Grenada has one of the most popular citizenship programmes. The country’s passport gives a unique opportunity to visit China without a visa for 30 days a year. Investment Options for Citizenship of Grenada

1. National Transformation Fund

The minimum Investment amount is USD $150,000. A non-repayable contribution to the National Transformation Fund. Grenada’s National Transformation Fund is used to support health, education and agriculture.

2. Real Estate Investment

The minimum Investment amount is USD $220,000. Real estate investments from a list of government-approved projects. It is possible to buy a share in a project, apartments or villas. The minimum ownership period is 5 years.

In addition to the investment, you also have to pay for due diligence, fees and charges, and documentation services. The total cost of the programme depends on the number and age of the family members.

Steps to obtain citizenship of Grenada

Step 1: Preliminary Check:

A certified Compliance Anti Money Laundering Officer will review the investor’s documents and warn of possible risks.

If issues arise during the review process that may cause the investor’s application to be rejected, the licensed agent will offer other citizenship programmes by investment.

Step 2: Entering into an agreement:

If the preliminary check is successful, a cooperation agreement is signed with Taurus International Holding Limited, a licensed agent of the Grenada programme, in order to obtain citizenship.

Step 3: Document Preparation:

Step 4: Due Diligence checks by public authorities in Grenada:
