Dominica is located in the fascinating Caribbean Sea, known as the backyard garden of the world. It is the last island on the Caribbean Sea that became a European colony. It was originally a British colony which became independent and joined the Commonwealth in 1978.

There are two ways to migrate to Dominica: 1) By investment 2) By contribution:

1) By investment:

To obtain Dominica citizenship through the real estate option of the Dominica Citizenship by Investment program, applicants must purchase authorized real estate worth at least USD 200, 000.

With the local government vigorous promotion on tourism and the construction of large-scale international airports, many internationally well-known brands (such as Hilton) have begun to invest in Dominica and build large-scale tourist resorts. In addition, given the 100% completion rate of Dominica’s real estate project, which allow investors confidence.

2) By contribution:

Applicants who invest in immigration programs to gain Dominica citizenship must make non-refundable donations to the Economic Diversification Fund.

Fees will vary based on the number of affiliated applicants to be included in the application. Affiliated applicants refer to children who are dependant of the main applicant, as well as the spouse, parents and other family members of the main applicant.

Individual applicant: USD 100, 000

The main applicant and the spouse: USD 150, 000

Siblings (between the ages of 18 and 25) of the main applicant or the spouse of the main applicant: USD 50, 000

Other affiliated applicants who are not in the above two categories (the spouse of the main applicant, siblings (18 – 25 years of age) of the main applicant or siblings (18 – 25 years of age) of the spouse of the main applicant): USD 25, 000

A family of four (including the main applicant, the spouse of the main applicant, and two affiliated applicants (non-siblings of the main applicant or non-siblings of the spouse of the main applicant): USD 175, 000

Step I

The applicant cannot submit the application directly to the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit, but can only be processed by an authorized agency. We are a leading authorized agencies by the government.

Through authorized organizations of the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit, in accordance with the regulation policy introduced in 2014, we have obtained the right to represent the applicant in the Dominica Citizenship by Investment application after paying a certain amount of agency fee fees to Dominica.

Step II

We assist the applicant to prepare all necessary documents required by the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit. Customers are required to fill in a unified application form, going through health examination, and obtain a specific certification. Such documents are to be prepared in English, and the identification certificate should be provided by an appropriate legal institution. In the case of real estate investment, a real estate transaction agreement should be prepared.

Step III

Your application will be reviewed by means of information survey and background survey to verify the genuinity of the information you provided. The Investment and Immigration Bureau will make the decision based on the results of the survey.

Step IV

After completing all the forms and all relevant documents in place, the application will be submitted to Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit and we will make contact on behalf of the applicant.

At present, interview is not a mandatory requirement, but the government reserve the right to require you to attend a interview.

Step V

When the application is successfully approved, the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit will notify you the contribution by post if the Economic Diversification Fund is selected or the payment for real estate is completed.

Upon the receipt of the investment payment certificate, the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit will issue a registration certification document to certificate the applicant’s citizenship, which we shall use to obtain a Dominica passport for the applicant.

The applicant will receive a comprehensive application package. There will be necessary guidance, as well as a detailed list of all necessary documents. Applicants would generally take about two weeks to prepare, depending on the applicant’s actually situation. The following documents are to be prepared:

  • Medical certificates: medical examination, in which includes HIV virus test, whole blood test, urine test, tuberculosis test, hepatitis test, signed and stamped by a valid registered doctor.
  • Driver’s license (notarized original document): if you need to apply for a tax code, bank accounts, or international driver’s licenses, you need to provide it and it must be valid.
  • All acquired passports (notarized original document): the passport must be valid for at least six months.
  • ID card and household registration book (notarized original document): requiring English translation and notarization.
  • Marriage certificate / divorce certificate, residence certificate, house property certificate (notarized original document): requiring English translation and notarization.
  • Certificate of no criminal conviction: the original certificate of no criminal record issued by the local authority must be submitted, and provide English translation with notarization.
  • Birth certificate: details with the applicant’s date of birth, city of birth, name of father and mother, birthday, place of birth, and then notarized.
  • A bank statement for 12 months and proof of account opening date: monthly statement of the bank for 12 consecutive months.
  • Personal diploma certificate (notarized original document): English translation and notarization are required.
  • 16 passport photos (white background): 45mm × 35mm photos are used to fill in application forms and for the purpose of applying the passport.
  • Affidavit: provide the original affidavit and sign it back directly.
